Job Description
Create engaging educational content for our Learn Africa platform. You'll work with subject matter experts to develop curriculum-aligned digital learning materials for students.
Job Responsibility
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and curriculum specialists to design and develop engaging, curriculum-aligned digital learning content.
- Research and structure educational materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with national and regional educational standards (GES and others)
- Script, storyboard, and review lessons for on-camera delivery, animations, and interactive modules.
- Work closely with the video production and design teams to translate academic content into visually compelling and easy-to-understand lessons.
- Adapt complex academic topics into simplified, engaging, and relatable content suitable for learners across various age groups.
KEY SKILLS
- University degree in Education or a relevant subject area
- Formal teaching or educator training background
- Strong mastery of the approved syllabus and curriculum
- Excellent in-camera teaching and presentation skills
- Clear, confident, and engaging verbal communication
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
- Structured lesson planning and delivery skills
- Confidence working in a studio and recording environment
- Ability to follow academic standards and content guidelines
